What's the difference between 1st and 2nd fix carpentry?
1st fix is the structural work done before plastering: stud walls, floor joists, roof timbers and door linings. 2nd fix is everything after the plaster: hanging doors, skirting, architrave, kitchens and built-in furniture.
Can you build furniture to fit my room?
Yes. Alcove cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and media walls are all made to measure for the space, then painted or finished to match your room.
Do you do outdoor carpentry?
Yes, including pergolas and other timber garden structures.
